The concept operates through "ghost kitchens," meaning that existing restaurants prepare and deliver MrBeast Burger's menu using their kitchens. This allowed the brand to expand rapidly, with over 300 locations in the U.S. and international locations in Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil. The menu includes burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, and other comfort foods. Despite its success, MrBeast Burger has faced challenges related to food quality and service. Complaints of inconsistent quality, including issues with undercooked food, have been attributed to the decentralized nature of ghost kitchens. MrBeast himself acknowledged the problems and committed to resolving them. However, in 2023, MrBeast filed a lawsuit against Virtual Dining Concepts, the company behind the brand, citing dissatisfaction with quality control and alleging that they trademarked his brand without his knowledge. MrBeast Burger has also benefited struggling restaurants during the pandemic, providing a secondary income source for participating locations, many of which are chains like Buca di Beppo and Bertucci's​.
